Operational note — Volume management
Realistic delivery time is 3 to 6 hours after the event ends, depending on rush volume and chosen package. Premium delivery (on-site editor) can be faster as editing starts during the event. Timings are always communicated to the client before the service.

Is a good internet connection required at the venue?▶
A 4G/5G connection is perfectly sufficient to send video clips from a smartphone. Venue Wi-Fi is a bonus but not required. During pre-production, we run a full pipeline test to confirm everything works with your specific network setup. If connectivity is limited, we adapt the compression guidelines for participants accordingly.
What type of phone do participants need?▶
Any modern smartphone (iPhone or Android) with Telegram installed. Most participants already have it — and for those who don't, installation takes 2 minutes. No custom app to download, no account to create on the event side. We also provide a simple visual guide (printed or digital) explaining the 3 steps in under a minute.
What if the received footage is poor quality?▶
Every rush is evaluated in real time across 4 criteria: stability, light, framing, relevance. Blurry or unusable clips are simply not included in the edit. Where possible, we send the contributor a personalized message with precise advice on how to improve their next take. Quality control is human — not algorithmic — and that's what guarantees a professional result even from diverse source material.
How far in advance should I book?▶
Ideally 7 to 14 days before your event to allow time for custom motion design, Telegram bot setup, and a full pipeline test. For Essential and Pro packages with generic motion design, 3 to 5 days can be enough. Last-minute requests (under 72h) are reviewed case by case based on availability — contact us directly to check.
Can we see a preview before the final delivery?▶
Yes — for the Premium package (on-site editor), a rough cut can be shared during the editing process. For Essential and Pro, delivery is direct: a download link sent the same evening. If a minor correction is needed after delivery, it's handled within 48h at no extra charge.
Do participants transfer the rights to their footage?▶
Yes — clearly and with consent. When joining the Telegram channel, participants see a short legal notice informing them that submitted footage may be used in the final film commissioned by the organizer. Consent is collective and explicit. On the client side, our terms and conditions include a clause covering usage rights for UGC content collected during the event. For corporate events, we recommend mentioning the process in pre-event internal communications — employees appreciate the transparency, and it naturally boosts participation rates.
Is the service available outside Switzerland?▶
The Essential and Pro packages are 100% remote — available anywhere in Europe. The Premium package (on-site editor) includes travel within French-speaking Switzerland. For France, Spain, and other European countries, travel costs are calculated and included in your quote. Pricing is available in CHF (Switzerland) and EUR (France, Spain, and all eurozone countries).
